Lucinda Worlock



Lucinda is a Voice, Communication, Accent and Dialect Coach and provides specialist voice training for actors, business professionals and English speakers of other languages.

As the in-house Voice and Communication Trainer at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Lucinda delivers one to one voice training to corporate clients and leads courses for diverse business organisations in effective communication for business, presentation skills and accent modification.

She has worked with politicians, lawyers, doctors, teachers, bankers and journalists; and provided training for clients such as Actis, Coca-Cola, The European Commission, GALLUP, HMRC, Ingeus, Nacue, NHS, St. Tropez, as well as employees of BNP Paribas, Citibank, Deutsche Bank and Goldman-Sachs.

In Actor Training, Lucinda has worked as a Voice Coach at a number of accredited British drama schools including The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Italia Conti, Birmingham School of Acting, East 15, Rose Bruford, The Drama Centre, The Academy of Live and Recorded Arts and The Musical Theatre Academy.

Theatre credits as a Dialect and Voice Coach include: 'Juana in a Million,' (Pleasance Dome, Edinburgh, 2012), 'When the Chickens came home to Roost' (Brixton Empire, 2011), 'Parade' (The Lowry, 2010), 'Behna' (Birmingham Repertory Theatre, 2010), 'Word: Play 3' (Theatre 503, 2010) 'Whispering Happiness' (Tristan Bates Theatre, 2009). For ADR vocal support, she has worked with Creativity Media, London.

Lucinda holds an MA in Voice Studies from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and is a member of The Voice and Speech Trainers' Association (VASTA), the International Centre of Voice (ICV), the Institute of Further Learning (IFL) and holds PTLLS qualification.

As a trained Pilates Instructor (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute, Level three), she has devised an innovative system of Integrated Pilates and Voice Training (IPVT) for the strengthening of breath support musculature in speech to support vocal power while developing improved body awareness.

Lucinda is a fluent Spanish speaker and works as a bilingual vocal coach.
